Rooms should be booked before September 1st.  We encourage students to share rooms.

Arrival: Sunday October 20, 2024

Departure: Thursday October 24, 2024
(participants are expected to arrive on Sunday as the workshop starts on Monday the 21st at 08:45 sharp)

Rate:  CHF 130.00 / night / room (single or double occupancy)

To reserve your room, please send an email to reception@sthotel.ch indicating the subject as MicrocombSys and stating:

• Arrival Sunday October 20 for 4 nights
• your name & address
• indicate if you plan to share a room with someone
• breakfast CHF 16.00 (please confirm when booking your room)

City Tax
Local city tax is not included in the room rate (3.10 CHF per day per person); this tax offers you a free transport card for Lausanne’s public transport (bus and metro) for the duration of your stay. The hotel reception desk will provide this ticket at check-in.
